Rajan Randeva plans to exit his current businesses — The Brain and FlexVision — within the next two to three years. After that, he wants to travel and explore the world. Longer term, he is open to building a new venture, growing his personal brand, or moving into educating young people and supporting small businesses through the AI boom — though he openly admits he does not know exactly where the future will take him.
At just 19, Randeva already thinks in terms of exit timelines. His current focus is on The Brain, an AI intelligence layer built to sit on top of the tools businesses already use — and on FlexVision, his affiliate marketing platform that has indexed 1.8 million products and run up to 36 active websites simultaneously at its peak.
Despite the scale of what he has built, Randeva is not positioning either venture as a lifetime commitment. The plan is to exit both within two to three years, on his own terms, and then step back entirely to travel. This is a deliberate, personal goal — not a pivot forced by circumstance.
As he discusses openly in The Purpose People Podcast, this willingness to walk away from something that is working is itself a strategic mindset — one that contrasts sharply with the "build forever" narrative common in startup culture.
When pressed on what comes after travel, Randeva does not pretend to have a five-year plan. He raises the possibility of continuing to grow his personal brand. He also mentions a genuine interest in educating young people and helping small businesses navigate the AI boom — two areas where he already operates from lived experience rather than theory.
He is also entirely open to moving into a completely different business. This is not vagueness — it reflects the same pragmatic opportunism that led him from dropshipping at age 11 to generating £300,000 in his first three months of affiliate marketing, and then to building an enterprise AI product.
The thread running through all of it, as explored in this episode of The Purpose People Podcast, is adaptability. Randeva does not anchor his identity to any single business — he anchors it to building.
"I started to build the Brain, which is an AI intelligence layer that sits on top of the tools that your business uses. You can ask any question — it's essentially ChatGPT for your business."
Rajan Randeva — Founder, The Brain & FlexVision. Randeva launched his first dropshipping business at age 11 and, after completing his GCSEs, generated £300,000 in revenue in the first three months of his Amazon affiliate marketing operation. At 18, he joined a trip to Boston organised with MIT and the Welsh government. He comes from an entrepreneurial family background in luxury vehicle brokerage, and roughly 95% of his professional network consists of people approximately double his age. He built The Brain to give businesses a private, secure alternative to public AI models — and shares his full journey on The Purpose People Podcast.
Rajan travelled alone to Boston for a trip organised with MIT and the Welsh government, which he described as absolutely transformative — exposing him to a high-level international entrepreneurial environment at just 18 years old. It is a formative episode in The Purpose People Podcast conversation.
Rajan has partnered or is in the process of partnering with Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Booking.com, Expedia, and Dyson — with Louis Vuitton mentioned as a potential future partner for FlexVision's growing affiliate network.
Rajan argues that when businesses feed confidential or proprietary data into large public AI models like ChatGPT or Claude, that data effectively becomes part of the model — creating serious security and confidentiality risks that most business owners do not yet fully understand.
